Terms of Sale

Summary

Payment

100% Payment before shipment. Bank Fees are paid by the buyer. If the buyer pays the balance exceeding two months after the goods are ready, the seller reserves the right to charge a warehousing fee of 0.3% each day.

Shipment

The Seller shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the goods under our Sales Contract in consequence of any Force Majeure incidents which might occur.

Other

The terms FOB, CFR, FCA or CIF or any other not stated here shall be subject to the International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms (INCOTERMS 2000) provided by International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) unless otherwise stipulated herein.
