Four row poultry scalding machine

Scalding is an important process for birds defeathering effect, and the quality of final products is directly influenced by the effect of scalding. This scalding machine uses steam heating by heat exchange. A controlled injection of air agitates the water to create a consistent and powerful, turbulent, tumbling state and make the water temperature uniform. When the birds pass between the agitated bubbles and the water, the feathers and the body is sufficiently immersed for optimum scalding effect. The heat exchange automatic temperature control system avoids over-scalding the body. Water is replenished automatically.
