Ideal for small-scale poultry processors, this compact, top-loading machine quickly removes gizzard grease and yellow skin on the feet. A rotating disc is driven by the gear motor, moving relative to the fixed peeling barrel. The feet turn irregularly and rub against each other, for effective peeling.
Purpose: mechanically remove the grease of duck and chicken gizzards, and automatic removal of the yellow skin on chicken feet.
